PHILOSOPHY
ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is a Chinese therapy that has been used for centuries. It is based on the theory that there is energy, called chi or qi, flowing through your body. Chi is thought to flow along energy pathways called meridians.  Blocking or imbalance of the flow of chi at any point on a pathway may result in illness.  Acupuncture unblocks and rebalances the flow of chi to restore health.

Chinese acupuncture usually is done by putting very thin needles into the skin at certain points on the body to influence energy flow along the body's meridians. Other types of acupuncture may use heat, pressure, or mild electrical current to stimulate energy flow along these meridians.

Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation

Beauty is health on the inside and outside of our physical body.  What is balanced inside reflect outside of us.  Facial rejuvenation is the foundation to feel great, radiate outwardly, and age gracefully.  It is a non-surgical method of treatment to reduce the signs of aging.  Although face is the primary focus of treatment, the whole body benefits.  Furthermore, the face and eyes will automatically begin to glow as the body regains vitality so does the appearance.

Cupping therapy
Craniosacral Therapy

Cupping is one of the oldest methods of traditional Chinese medicine dating back to fourth century.  It is also an ancient medical treatment very popular in entire Asia and in Arab cultures.

Cupping treatment is performed by causing local congestion. A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin either by means of heat or suction. This draws up the underlying tissues. Then the cup is left in place on the skin for a few minutes, blood stasis is formed and localized healing takes place.

Cupping therapy has been further developed as a means to open the 'Meridians' of the body. Meridians are the conduits in the body through which energy flows to every part of the body. Cupping has also been found to affect the body  causing tissue to  release toxins, activate the lymphatic system, clear colon blockages, help activate and clear the veins, arteries and capillaries, activate the skin, clear stretch marks and improve varicose veins. Cupping is the best deep tissue massage available. Cupping is very useful and very safe and can be easily learned and incorporated into your family health practices.

While cupping is considered safe, it can cause some swelling and bruising on the skin. As the skin under a cup is drawn up, the blood vessels at the surface of the skin expand. This may result in small, circular bruises on the areas where the cups were applied. These bruises are usually painless, however, and disappear within a few days of treatment.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle non-invasive manual technique therapy used to evaluate and treat body functions.  Craniosacral therapists use gentle touch to release restrictions in craniosacral system and improve the function of nervous system.  Thus, it improves over all health including motor  coordination, sensory and neuromuscular functions, and autonomic system.
